I had an issue with a set of tow mirrors that turned out to be an installer issue, not the actual mirrors. The team at MSA made themselves available to sort out my issue and ensure everything was working correctly. Very happy with the mirrors and equally happy with the after sales service.
Installed the Ram tm1504 mirrors with temp sensor. All should have been plug n play. But error codes showing and -36⁰ showing. After a lot of research and digging around, there is actually a wire missing from the white plug to the black plug, on the driver's side ( temp sensor on the lhs) Installed the extra cable and all works now. Seems like a serious RnD problem. Ram is a DS 2020 ASV model.
Had an issue with powerfold mirrors, one working intermittently. MSA Sent out a new set of mirrors and some stubby holders. Great customer service and response. Thanks Will (operations manager)
Bought a 40L drop slide It was in my Landcruiser for a while where it didn’t need to drop then transferred it to my 79 with a chassis mount canopy where it wouldn’t come back up properly. Sent an email to MSA warranties and explained what it was doing / not doing. Received top notch after-sales service from Will and they replaced it 4 years after purchase. Couldn't be happier with the service and support! We arrived in Barcaldine and decided that the clip on mirrors just weren't cutting the mustard, so I called around a heap of places in Longreach to see if anyone had a set to fit my Y62 Patrol. No one did, so I called MSA and Sarah said they could potentially get a set to Longreach in 2 days. So I ordered the kit and Sarah advised that they will be sent today.
