We offer one hour pole dance classes that gives your body a full work out! This includes, strength based internal training and isometric muscle contractions. Pole fitness is a combination of acrobatics, dance, and gymnastics. It is not only an incredible core and upper body strength builder, but also sexually liberating, emotionally fulfilling, a form of expression, and exploration of self. Many women and men have made life long friends through our classes! Come and be part of our pole family!!!

I’ve made so many friends through this dance studio. The instructors are extremely talented and will work with you to achieve your trick goals. I love the classes that are offered and all of the dancers are very passionate about pole. The owner is a powerhouse and her style of teaching is amazing compared to other instructors I’ve had in the past.
Visited the studio for a class while in town. Staff was very knowledgeable, skilled, and accommodating. Highly recommend for new or experienced polers.
