I asked Tyson for a quote for QCAT and his brother turned up and telephoned the neighbouring property, was told he would phone that night with outcome as he was to remove all overhanging trees to fence line and neighbours tree root that had encroached onto my property that was 300ml x 250ml. Tysons brother turns up next morning stating they were doing the work. They didn’t complete the removal of what was agreed.
