Had an accident outside of Prince George with my gooseneck trailer. Matt answered the phone on a Sunday evening to try to help. Was humble enough to say that my type of trailer was not his forte, but made a stellar recommendation and assured me that if it didn’t pan out, he would squeeze me in to help. While we didn’t do business, he was right on top of things and genuinely cared. If you’re heavy trailer breaks down, he’s the guy to visit in Prince George
