These folks saved me and my 16 y/o from having to sleep in my car! That’s not an exaggeration! They were very nice and prompt. There were some communication issues but they were on my end. Josh was awesome! He was super nice and worked his ass off to get my tire replaced. He took extra care with my car and my wheel. He didn’t leave a scratch! Thank you Joshua and M&S Tireshop Towing!! Stranded in Alabama but not very long. Joshua delivered our vehicle to local dealer and then helped us get to our hotel. Strangers in this area knowing nothing. He was so very polite and professional.
I had my vehicle towed and service was GREAT! The driver Josh was very nice, respectful, and timely. Overall im thankful and will always use and recommend their company services to friends in the future!!!!!!

I had to get my car towed because it was totaled and not able to be driven so my insurance called m and s and told me to leave my truck with them till they came to pick it up for appraisal so I talked the tow man once he came and asked him if he needed my keys so they would be able to move my car or get into it if it locked he said yes weeks later my insurance calls me tells me they never got the keys to my car and would have to take it out of my settlement if I didn’t have any I called m and s to see why my keys weren’t wit... read more
