had my valve replaced at MS Tire, and the experience was disappointing. The person I spoke with initially quoted me $45, but later lowered it to $35. However, one of his staff mentioned the correct charge should only be $20. I didn’t catch his name, but I believe he was the one in charge. Because of this inconsistency and lack of honesty, I cannot recommend this place.
Had a great experience getting new tires from here. From the boss to Ali and Ibrahim working on the car, everything went smoothly and service was great! Would recommend!
Ibrahim - Mo - Ali these 3 brothers at MS Tire Shop on Imperial Street are the most trusted in the business when in Burnaby in my honest opinion. I had my tires swapped with the TPMS done and programmed to my expectations. Fast, efficient and knowledgeable tire guys. Probably the best tire shop in the lower mainland. They really care about there job.
The man that helped me knew fast exactly what we were working with, didn’t cheat us out to get a replacement, said our TPM light wasn’t too big of an issue to look into and try to diagnose. Glad we found the right guy. Cheers.
