I hired this HVAC contractor to install a Navien electric water tank, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Several key aspects of the installation were done incorrectly. Instead of connecting the tank's drain to the main drain line, they cut into the side of my utility sink, which looks unprofessional and could lead to issues. Saadeh went out of his way to send Abdul over to my house right away on a Monday afternoon on short notice during a major heatwave. Abdul was there within an hour and very quickly diagnosed and fixed the air conditioning system, and I am very grateful!!! Abdul was super courteous and took his shoes off in the house even though I told hime he didn't have to. I’ve used these guys a few times now for HVAV work and they’ve always been responsive and punctual. This year our AC went bad and they replaced my whole system. They were professional, respectable, and fairly priced. They swapped everything and took all the garage with them leaving the job complete.
