Ms. Tang family is super friendly, and welcoming. Everything is clean, and I love getting pedicures after a long standing work. It’s so relaxing. ☺️
I’ve been going to Ms. Tang’s Nail Spa for over a year and I absolutely love going here!!!! When I walk in for my appointment, I’m greeted right away with a smile and feel welcomed. The place is perfect. The lady who does the wax is so kind. The place is also perfect to relax and feel like you're having a real spa day. ♥️🌷
Ai Ai is fabulous. She's gentle & professional. However, Ai Ai does not take new clients. When I asked if I could see her again she said yes, make an appointment online When I was unable to, I called the salon & that is when I learned that she does not take new clients. Go figure...
I'm not the type of person to complain about other people's work. But this was very disappointing. I had scheduled an appointment with someone, but when I arrived, she wasn't there. They started with the pedicure, but I wanted specific nails. They started the work on me with acrylic; they didn't even ask me if that was what I wanted. I was super uncomfortable in the chair; everything was twisted. The young man who applied the acrylic, at the beginning, removed it like three times from the same nail.
