Very disappointing experience getting my taxes done today. Communication was not clear, especially regarding the payment, which made the whole process frustrating. She also did not include my expenses like she normally does, which affected my return and left me feeling overlooked. Considering how much she charges, I expected much better service and attention to detail. At this point, I might as well do my own taxes since I didn’t see much benefit. Overall, a very disappointing experience and I will not be going back.

Unprofessional staff that gets an attitude despite themselves being vague. Used their services once, but won't again. A clerk with no education trying to tell me to read is beyond disrespectful. Emailed Ms Tammy about issue with no reply either
My family been filing with Ms Tammy since I was a little girl now I been filing with her since being able to Ms Tammy never let me down always respectful always nice all the way to her staff always polite and respectful I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Ms Tammy trust me you will not be disappointed 🤍
