I'm fairly certain this business is scam. I purchased a LivingSocial for a cleaning service from this company. I then spent over futile 6 weeks trying to schedule an appointment! Most of the time, no one even responded to my email and voicemails. Sometimes, their representative, Crystal, responded to an email to offer a range of times, but whenever I picked one, she generally responded about a week later to say that this time had already been booked.
