We had amazing service from Samuel and his crew. They let us know how long it would take and was completed on time. They cleaned up the area like they were never there. We highly recommend using M&S Sanchez Construction
M&S Sanchez replaced rotted wood and painted my patio. I would highly recommend the company. Samuel did an excellent job. Once he began the job, it was determined that additional wood was rotted. He did not complain about the additional work and stayed late to finish the job. He left the job site clean. My patio looks so good which I appreciate as I love being outdoors.
Sam came out and quoted within one day. The next day he completed the work. Fast and easy to do business with. Very friendly and honest. Will use him for all future projects!
These guys do quality work! Had them repair my ceiling and couldn't ask for better.
