Josh is a great salesman, he will make you feel all warm and fuzzy and promise to "take care of everything" Do yourself a favor and run, as fast as you can, in the opposite direction. I've been dealing with the aftermath of dealing with him for over 9 months. And, at this point, still no resolution.
