If I could give 0 stars I would. Attempted to call to book an appointment 3x this morning. Someone would pickup the phone then hang up. So I tried booking several hours in advance through their website. I went through the booking process and got a thank you message with my appointment time. When I arrived they told me the technician I was booked with was busy and they didn't have my appointment. I said I booked online. I love the pedicures here second time coming. Both ladies who did my toes were very nice and caring. I requested a soak off and they took me to a chair with no soaking. I would’ve much rather paid 10-15$ for a soak off than $5 to rip off non lifting acrylic :( I could’ve and should’ve just done that at home.

I have psoriasis in all my nails... these wonderful ladies have never once complained about the thick nails or the overgrowth of skin... they always use clean fresh tools when doing my pedicures. I have been coming her since 2009!
