Bought a 2015 Chrysler Town & Country from MS Motorsports Ltd. in May of last year with only 77,000 km. Almost exactly one year later, the reverse clutch began slipping and the vehicle now requires a complete transmission replacement. For such a major failure to occur so soon after purchase is extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about the vehicle’s condition at the time of sale. I would strongly recommend having any vehicle from this dealership independently inspected before purchasing.
Got here through a recommendation for my ICBC collision. Best service with best customer care. Recommend for any collision work if you are in Surrey area.
