They sold me an extended warranty by hiding it in documents and without mentioning it. They were forcing me to blindly sign it and by hiding the page that mentions the warranty. When asked, they said I had to, otherwise the bank wouldn't approve it. The price of the warranty was 3000 for a car that's not even worth 15,000. It's been over 3 years. I asked for documents for the warranty, but they never gave me anything except a number to call that no one ever answers.
I bought 2 cars from M S motors so far. My first car was 2015 vw jetta and recently i got another one from M S motors 2024 Nissan sentra. My experience as a customer with MS motors has been awesome. They treat you very nice and they are always there to provide you with the best comfort and one thing I love about them is that they always have a courtesy car to give u on spot for your to get by with your time if any problems arise or any situation.
