Rude workers! Treated with complete disrespect, telling us to hurry up whilst viewing the car at first, and then told us they close at 4 as we were being honest about a car and issues with it when it says on their shop they close at 5. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here!
Absolutely shocking customer service. Went to view a car and they were extremely rude whilst I was asking questions about it. The rudeness continued whilst viewing the car and once I told him to reciprocate respect he still showed rudeness. Also the car did not have full service history as they advertised. Keep in mind you cannot do a test drive until you agree on a sale.
Absolutely shocking costumer service travelled 2 hours to view a car for a mate got shouted at for asking about the fuel tank and said no one has asked about the tank in all 20 years which is clearly not true. Also he did not care about personal space and would get in your face for taking too long at viewing a car would not recommend as they majority of there cars only barely past the MOT and no full service history would not recommend
Overpriced cars, not the greatest either.
Great service and communication from the Team at 1 Stop Cars & Caravans. The staff take time to explain everything to you thoroughly and have a no pressure approach.
