I stopped by to see if they could replace the rubber tip on my Apple earphones using a replacement part provided by Apple. The team completed the repair on the spot and didn't charge me anything for their time. I was really impressed with their kindness and professionalism. Great customer service, friendly staff, and an overall fantastic experience. Highly recommend! 😊
We always receive great service at the midland store. Its definitely the place to go for screen protectors, phone and tablet covers This past week we urgently needed a full screen replacement after I dropped my phone awkwardly. Went in on Thursday evening after work. Was done super quick, and with a smile. As always, very professional. Highly recommend MS Mobiles Repair Midland store.
Went in with a samsung watch (no charge as I hadn't worn it for a week) to see if they can replace straps. Lady said it'll cost $10, fine. Get back 40 minutes later when they said it'll 30 minutes. Wasn't done. Guy did then, but dropped it, didn't look like any exterior damage. He said because he dropped its $5, gave him a $10 note, he took out $5 in coins change, then put it back in the till. Couldn't be bothered chasing. But now I have to buy a brand new watch because now after their drop of it, it doesn't work. So be wary... read more
