Use this at your own peril. Difficult to reach customer service. Forced insurance - for a good reason. You are almost guaranteed to lose what you own, putting it in storage. There's no pest control, definitely rodents, and definitely mold issues. Your unit will be a total loss. It's heartbreaking to lose everything, but It's devastating when you lose what you thought you could save. Thousands of dollars flushed away. :(
