I could only stand for a minute or so,then the pain in my back and leg would force me to the ground. I was powerless! The first visit to Dr. Ito's office was painful. I almost had her stop mid treatment but I held on and breathed as she instructed as she pressed with her fingers, heel of her hands, and elbows. Afterwords I felt better!! With each visit the pain was reduced! After 3 or 4 I regained the ability to stand for awhile without pain.
