I found Dr. J. Sun obgyn at Suburban Gynecology in New Lenox. This was my first visit and I felt it went well, there was no wait time for my appt., after examining me she explained what was probably going on with me down there, that I needed hormone replacement therapy. I'm 67 years old. I was previously told I have Lichen Sclerosus. She said if I showed any signs of LS to contact her office and make an appt., I honestly felt a lot better after seeing her. Dr. Sun is extremely knowledgeable. I have had several procedures and a few surgeries from her and I would highly recommend her. I do think her staff could brush up on compassion skills on the phone, but in person I have found them friendly and efficient. The only complaint I have is timeliness. Even if you are the first appointment of the day, it seems Doctor runs late. I understand perhaps on occasions she may be in labor & delivery but from my experience she runs consistently late. I give Dr Judy Sun 4 stars. She's very nice and thorough and doesn't rush thru appt. Her front end staff is horrible, I g8ve them 1 star. I've called numerous times for orders and the one lady sounded very confused on what I needed. Melissa has an attitude and isn't very compassionate or nice. She always sounds like she's annoyed and being bothered.
I've been seeing Dr Sun for several years. Always a pleasure to see her , as she is always very professional and friendly. She always answers my questions and any concerns I may have. I am never rushed thru my appointments.
Seen Dr. Sun twice and she seemed friendly so far but unfortunately, the office staff especially Dr. Sun’s nurse Melissa not friendly at all. Called about concerns and she wasn’t very happy when she returned my call and never answered my questions or concerns
