Maybe she thinks this way because her husband's Someone important at the hospital. For a psychiatrist her behavior reads like she needs a psychiatrist herself, she has the classic, me first, me only, I need to feel important so I treat others like garbage attitude entitlement attitude. How embarrassing!!!
