Wow Wow Wow!! I had a 2h Somatic Bodywork and have now sent many of my friends to Heather. She was able to release old tension and energy that was residing in my body for many many years. Old emotions and behavior pattern that doesn't serve me anymore. The session was very comfortable and she made me feel safe.
