I wish I could put 0 stars. I’ve had a crack in my countertop for far too long and never gotten as much as a call back about it. I have tried going through the vendor I used and am directed back to MSI every time. Never even an email about how to get in contact with the right person. Would not recommend.
The experience was a little frustrating due to the miserable heat and lack of air conditioning in the showroom. I was disappointed with the lack of help I received from employees that seemed unmotivated to answer questions or make any effort to be helpful. Every person I talked to was super friendly. No pressure showroom where I could roam and ask as many questions as I had. Bronson was especially helpful with my samples. Gentleman at the front as the greeter was super professional and reassuring
Janki was amazing, I’m a female GC and I’m looking for 3 slabs and the guys sitting next to her couldn’t even give me the time of day. And I walked around by myself and found what I was looking for and janki helped me to hopefully make a sale. Thank you
