Horrible customer service. Be prepared to be ignored! I usually don’t write reviews just to complain, but the customer service here was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. And it wasn’t just me—I noticed other customers waiting a long time as well. When I arrived, I was directed to the showroom and told to wait for Pedro.
