I had such a wonderful experience at MSI. I've been on the hunt for the perfect slabs for weeks now. I need 7 slabs and it's been so difficult to find the right look with enough slabs. Nate somehow made it happen. He efficiently searched their inventory for sister lots and was able to locate 7 beautiful slabs. On the day of viewing he patiently viewed them with me and even helped me make cabinet selections. I m so happy I came to MSI and so grateful to have met Nate Young. I don't think I would have found these without him.
Janki Patel was a great help, she went above and beyond to get us a look at the quartzite slabs we were interested in.
Awesome service Janki Patel. She was very patient and extremely helpful throughout the process
If you understand that you need to sign-in when you enter the door and know how to add the samples you want to the page of sign-in, it all will probably work out well for you. If you don't, you will walk around aimlessly with no one to assist. I believe they should have someone at the door to explain the process. That person can still help customers retrieve what they put in their "cart".
Wow, this place is amazing! More slabs than I could even fathom! Nate was a great help in procuring slabs while we get our fabricators to okay the project.
