This place is a joke. Hundreds of employees and nothing gets done. We purchased tiles, waited for OVER 2 HOURS, for them to give us the runaround and say they don’t have any in stock. Go back to the sales floor, talk to a rep who says they have over 6,000 in stock in their warehouse. Go back to the warehouse and they say nope go back and talk to the sales rep.
