She was easy to talk to however very easily distracted.. Instead of helping you she rather send you to referrals and have other doctors assist you. She canceled working with Medicaid patients and her staff did not even have the professionalism to call patients and let them know, this is just disappointing, especially at a time where I really needed to see my doctor and now she’s not available to us anymore. She’s just very unprofessional. I’d rather not go back to this office again. Just disappointed!!!
The staff is very friendly and attentive. The ambience is relaxed but professional. Dr Ileana Aponte is great, she takes the time to learn about your needs and help you put together a care plan They also offer supplements and vitamins through IV that are great for alternative treatment and care.
Dr. Ileana Aponte is amazing! Very knowledgeable, caring, and patient. The entire visit was smooth and professional. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone looking for quality care.
