Daryl Kucera has worked with my mother for years on Strength Training for her MS. He is a true Miracle Worker. It is more than just a gym as it is a community that supports and helps people with disabilities. Daryl has MS himself so understands the daily struggles. She works out there twice a week and with his help her MS symptoms were minimized as much as one could hope. He and his wonderful staff did more for her MS than any Doctor or medication. I was diagnosed with Ms ten years ago. I started coming to the gym to work out four months ago, three days a week. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been since I was diagnosed! Since I started working out,I can for the first time say I control Ms it doesn’t control me!!! Josh the instructor does a great job of working with every individual in class no matter your ability! Don’t think twice about joining you will be amazed. It’s been a life changer for me. Thanks Daryl!!!

Daryl is a wonderful person. Good people work there and help people. I take my sister there (Stroke patient). She does speech, cognition and exercise classes there. She is improving. Thank you Daryl and friends. Thank you MS Forward.

I have been going to MS Forward for over a year and I am just in awe of how well they know how to meet the individual needs of each person that walks through the door. You are instantly welcomed as family and supported physically, mentally and emotionally. If you have any kind of disability, please don’t hesitate to join us! They have virtual sessions available as well as days and evening classes. Life changing!
