WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ONLINE. We ordered materials from this company on April 22nd 2020. Order #25. Shipped via 2 day UPS Ground. We never received this order. Tried contacting MS Flooring multiple times thru emails and phone calls on May 7th,8th,11th,12th, and today . No answers no responses. Horrible customer sevice. Took my money and ran with it. Dont post this is fake and that I have never entered your store. Your are correct. I have never been there. But we did order online and called a hundered times.... read more
As I read the other reviews I have to agree, it says that you open at 7am but now its almost 7:30am and NO answer, you haven't even set up a voicemail on your cell phone, what kind of business treats their business phone like a personal cell LOL, clowns.. and THIS IS A REAL REVIEW!!!
We been calling them for 2 days nobody answer the phone and don't return messages. That's bad business
