I truly wanted to love my experience with MS Events. In the beginning, I was SO excited! I loved the linens, plates, and silverware I picked out and couldn’t wait to see everything come to life on our wedding day. Unfortunately, what happened afterward completely changed my view of this company. After the event, my husband and I were sent a bill for over $1,000 because nearly every linen supposedly needed to be replaced due to candle wax damage. We worked with Stephanie for our wedding rentals and she was so helpful and accommodating! We were able to visit the warehouse a few times and she even sent me pictures of items together when I was unable to come in. The prices were also reasonable.
Whoever manages the inbox is pretty rude. That’s the main reason we decided to go with another vendor.
