The owner was very rude. I went in person earlier this week after I had been emailing him about an embroidery that he said he needed a specific file for. He wanted to charge me $120 for the file and I said I would have my graphic designer do it. I think that upset him because as soon as I came in again today, he rolled his eyes and told me to give him a couple of minutes. You can’t go wrong stopping by MSE Embroidery they do amazing work, great customer service,very attentive to detail, and within 2 days you are ready to go!!! They have hats , t shirts, long sleeves, and much more come check them out you won’t regret it!!
