Horrible! Claimed my car engine was locked up and whole time, went up there myself the next day cause there was no way I believe it and it was just a dead battery! You know how much money they would’ve got from me?! Sad how I had to come and see it myself for them so look and see it wasn’t the engine. And now I got my car back and the didn’t even install the hose properly! It’s not even on correctly! First and last time. Definitely so disappointing.
I’ve been a loyal customer at Ms. D’s for the past 8 years, and they’ve consistently provided outstanding service on all my vehicles—including my Hondas, Acuras, and 4Runner. From routine maintenance to major repairs, their work has always been reliable, efficient, and top-quality. Ms. D’s is my go-to for all things car-related, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicles
I love Mrs ds ! I love the staff and I always have the best experience! I usually sit in the waiting room if that says anything. It’s not awkward here and I feel like I’m sitting in the room with friends or family. They’re very welcoming.
