I love Mrs ds ! I love the staff and I always have the best experience! I usually sit in the waiting room if that says anything. It’s not awkward here and I feel like I’m sitting in the room with friends or family. They’re very welcoming.

A car I just purchased was shaking when accelerating to get on the highway. I first brought it to Firestone in Belmont, and they had me wait 2-hours to repair what they said was an unbalanced tire. The problem wasn’t fixed. I then took it to Ms D’s; from the service advisor (Michael McCurry) to the service — a cracked front axle! — they were professional, detailed, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ms D’s for your vehicle repair service!
This is the best auto service shop I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Dawn was amazing. She was eager to get us the help we needed and didn’t try to break us n the process. They picked up our car on Monday and was finished by 2pm the next day. Thank you. Praise God!
