If i could give them zero stars I would. I have had 2 garage doors explode on me, shattering glass everywhere. The first time my wife was in the garage and glass almost hit her. The 2nd time my daughter just went inside before the glass shattered. This is also happening at several of my neighbors' houses as this was the company that installed the garage doors in our new development. This is the worst experience that I have had with a business in a long time. I called 3 months ago when we found out that natural gas would be installed in our home so that we could convert a propane fireplace that they installed to accept natural gas. I have talked to staff repeatedly for 3 months and even though the part is sitting in their office, I get the run around every time I call to setup an installation. Literally they don't want my business and will not even take my money to pay for an installation. Stay far away ... read more
I purchased a Dominion Home with a gas fireplace. The pilot will not stay on. If I open my windows or my front door the pilot light goes out. The first year here they came out and said well there is nothing wrong. The pilot still will not stay on. If someone came to my door I had to turn my fireplace on even in 90 degree weather just to keep the pilot on. I called today to find out they are out of business. I am not surprised they cheated us all!!!
