Dr. Dipti Bhoiwala is, without question, the best doctor I’ve ever had. She is incredibly thoughtful, innovative, and thorough — always thinking one step ahead and never giving up on me, no matter how complex my case has been. I have been dealing with 2 auto immune diseases for over 30 yeras. Dr Dipti is the first doctor who has taken the time to answer my questions, and calm my fears. She spends ample time with me, so if I wait a bit I have no issue. She makes up for it spending time with me. Not ony does she care about my physcial health, with long term chronic medical issues, she also makes sure my mental health is stable. She has been my life saver, and I hope she never leaves this practice.
Immediately concerned with what insurance will provide before any questions about care or medicine. During the visit says I need to have an ECG/EKG and after saying I wasn't comfortable with test, proceeds to do it anyway, machine inoperable and still charges me for full equipment use. I've refused to pay the bill and now they're threatening collections, STAY AWAY FROM THE BHOIWALAS. Dr Dipti is the best rhumotogist in the area. This office is mom-pop run her father is a doctor and does the urgent care side. Even if a short wait occurs, you will get more than enough time to be seen and give your concerns. Excellent care!
