Immediately concerned with what insurance will provide before any questions about care or medicine. During the visit says I need to have an ECG/EKG and after saying I wasn't comfortable with test, proceeds to do it anyway, machine inoperable and still charges me for full equipment use. Dr Dipti is the best rhumotogist in the area. This office is mom-pop run her father is a doctor and does the urgent care side. Even if a short wait occurs, you will get more than enough time to be seen and give your concerns. Excellent care!
Next time,it may be more polite to tell potential clients. “I’m sorry,I don’t accept your insurance” Instead of speaking in a very condescending manner “No anthems don’t pay me” I get it it’s your business you have the right to choose but atleast show kindness.
