As a Home Health operator, timely and reliable service is critical to patient care. Unfortunately, this laboratory’s communication has become extremely subpar, leading to major delays in our patients' treatment. They used to provide quality service, but a recent shift in management or staffing has clearly caused a severe decline. We can no longer recommend them and are actively transitioning our services elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. I will start by saying, “I’m a certified phlebotomist .” My family and I had the misfortune of having to deal with this completely unreliable lab. It’s extremely difficult to schedule to begin with and then they offer an 8 hour window for a 2 minute procedure in which they never show up for with zero communication. This time is the final straw. Appointment scheduled 3 days in a row & still are waiting!! Completely incompetent!

MS Diagnostic Laboratory sent a bill in my husband’s name when he never received services. July 2025 I was told my balance was paid in full and now they are sending me another bill. All billing calls go overseas so the communication is horrible.
