MS Diagnostic Laboratory sent a bill in my husband’s name when he never received services. July 2025 I was told my balance was paid in full and now they are sending me another bill. All billing calls go overseas so the communication is horrible.
I am editing my review from 5 to 3 stars. On 03/10/2025, I wrote: “ l just had my blood drawn a few minutes ago. Not sure why this company has so many negative reviews? Their communication was great, and they came when they said they would. They even called first. The phlebotomist, Charbel, did not leave a mark and it went really well “. I just had my blood drawn a few minutes ago. Not sure why this company has so many negative reviews? Their communication was great, and they came when they said they would. They even called first. The phlebotomist, Charbel, did not leave a mark and it went really well.
