Update: November 27- I asked Mark Gupta for a new Titan 2000 handpiece to replace the one I gave him to repair. The "new" handpiece that was delivered worked for less than an hour and stopped. This is the kind of customer service Mark Gupta and M&S provides to customers who have been with them for 30 years. Save yourself time and money. They are better companies like Darby, Dental City and Net 32. I would encourage all members of the Queens County Dental Society not to do business with M&S. Been with M&S a long time. I’m a new customer who needed a an emergency repair and M and S Dental Supply was able to come either the same day or early the next. My previous repair and supply company was bought out by one of the big names in the business and I was happy with the technician who came but always took a few days or even a week to come out for the repair. Josh was the tech from M and S who came out and he was great. He was able to solve my problem and get the practice back up and running.
