Extremely disappointed and weird encounter. My friend and I have been researching alteration specialists. Toula was on a list provided to the bride. Upon going to Ms. Couture, Toula was extremely standoffish. Told the bride her dress was "complicated" and she "will see" what she can do as far as alterations are concerned. I had the best experience getting my wedding dress altered and fitted here. They were amazing, efficient, and my dress turned out perfectly. Couldn’t recommend them more!
I hate to leave a bad review of a small business, but I’d also hate for another bride to trust Ms Couture with their dress. The communication was the worst part. I faced delays, scheduling miscommunications, and discussed alterations that never came to fruition. While my dress fit nicely at the end of the day, it didn’t include all agreed changes and my planner (who bustles dresses every weekend) said it was the worst bustle she’d ever seen. We had to staple my dress up.
