Adding an update to my review below. I called yesterday after not seeing Toula for years. I had a dress that came in the mail that was a touch too small in the waist and I was leaving today for a flight to an event where I needed to wear it. I came over at 2pm and she let me quickly try it on. She immediately saw that I have a short waist so dresses never hit my hips in her right spot. I purchased my rehearsal dinner dress off the rack — it was the only size left — and they skillfully tailored it from a size 16 down to a 6. The transformation is incredible; they turned it into my dream dress! The attention to detail and quality craftsmanship are truly exceptional. Konstantia hand-finishes seams and meticulously handles every detail by hand — her work is simply beautiful.
