Quick, friendly, and helpful staff. I also got a better deal for my gold than I was able to find most other places. This place is awesome and I highly recommend them.
Good customer service but I just believe they aren’t honest enough offering extremely low price for a expensive product
I sold some gold pieces and was paid a fair amount. I took my daughter to sell her bracelet with her name on it, and she was satisfied with the price… however, we went a third time to sell two graduation rings and a bracelet … and the man said he’d pass… he said he doesn’t buy personalized items ( he did buy me personalized jewelry in the two previous occasions). I was confused because he bought my jewelry with names on them in the past..
Very pleasant visit with extremely knowledgeable staff who do not hesitate to educate. Did not pressure me into selling and took the time to answer all of my questions in great detail. Thank you ms coins for the great experience and making me a loyal customer. You guys rock!!
