This company cleaned the upholstery in my brand-new home. After she was done cleaning my house, the maid said the furniture looked as good as new.
I was very happy with the service they gave for cleaning carpets. The carpets are much cleaner now, and I no longer have to deal with the strong pet smell. The technician was very nice and explained everything he was doing, including how his cleaning solution works. He suggested an upkeep plan and even checked back to make sure I was happy.
Because I couldn't discover anything in their reviews at first, I was dubious, but this business is fantastic. They cleaned my stained carpets and were extremely reasonably priced. The fact that they didn't leave any carpet fibers left is the finest part. They performed admirably!
This company gave me a very unpleasant experience. The technicians were unprofessional and seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. They left my carpets soaking wet and smelling of chemicals. Stains were still visible, and the overall job was incomplete. I felt scammed after paying so much. Their lack of care and quality was shocking. I’d advise staying away from this service.
They treated me poorly when I asked for updates. The lack of professionalism was shocking.
