I took my mom for an echocardiogram today. The front desk team was very welcoming, and the echo technician, I think his name was Tootis, was outstanding. He was incredibly gentle, truly considerate, and had an excellent bedside manner. Thank you to the entire team for making the patient’s experience so smooth, comfortable, and pleasant.
Dr Day respirologist provides good service but support staff are useless. Quite a few times Dr ordered some tests for CT scan at Mt Sinai but they never do a good job of sending the requisition to hospital . When I follow up with hospital they told me that they got a fax with incomplete information . It is frustrating to deal with this office
The staff, and Dr. Parker are amazing, they keep me up to date with everything.
Dr. Ong is excellent — as a doctor. The clinic, however, looks neglected and unsanitary. The walls: filthy with grime, scuffs, and gouges, exam tables are patched with tape, overflowing waste bins in every examination room; the bathroom looks like someone urinated all over the walls.
