I got an injury at my knee and I came for ultrasound and X-Ray. Mer at the front desk was so kind, professional and help me with my process. Thank you. 🙏🏾
I came in for a stress test already anxious, and the way reception handled the situation escalated it into a full anxiety attack. I was visibly distressed, yet there was zero empathy, reassurance, or compassion shown by staff. In a cardiology clinic, patients are often nervous and vulnerable. Front desk staff should know how to speak to people with basic care and understanding, not make the experience worse.
I took my mom for an echocardiogram today. The front desk team was very welcoming, and the echo technician, I think his name was Tootis, was outstanding. He was incredibly gentle, truly considerate, and had an excellent bedside manner. Thank you to the entire team for making the patient’s experience so smooth, comfortable, and pleasant.
