Went to yoga at Rural Roots next door, stopped for a whipped toffee latte and also avocado toast with tomato and cucumber ❤️ BOTH were delightful, and the owners were so inviting and open to a new customer!

Food pros: Gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian options are available. The gluten free scones are amazing, and the veggie wraps are delicious too. The tea variety is very good, and the add-ins have variety too: syrups (good sugar free options), non-dairy options, and even stevia. Food cons: For people in a rush, they do take some time to prepare the food and teas.
