I chose this company because I wanted to support local businesses. Sadly, after just a little over a year one of the cords broke. I emailed asking about getting it fixed. I was asked the type of shade, my address and if I was residential or business. I sent a picture and my address. Heard nothing more. Tried another email and got no response. I don’t move the blinds up and down often so was disappointed that they didn’t last. If I knew the manufacturer I would go to them but that info is not on the invoice.
We chose this company because we wanted to support local business and the shutters have a lifetime warranty. We have had issues with the shutters and trying to get service from this company has been difficult. If we had known it was going to be like this we would have gone with another company.
