Woke up to water pouring through the lounge ceiling in our Woodloes bungalow.. .. Mandeep responded to my message and arrived before lunchtime.. Very professional service and issue was dealt with in a calm and friendly manner... Highly recommended... .. I would also like to add that the after service policy is very reassuring and any advice and tips are willingly provided. No doubt in my mind that this family run enterprise is a credit to the industry..

I had a radiator that just started leaking and he was able to replace the heater for me and put in new pipe work to support it in a short time of contacting. Would recommend 👍

After my boiler started leaking, I called Mandeep and he made time to come the same day despite having many commitments. Within a week, his team were at work replacing the boiler and restoring peace of mind. Top class customer service and professionalism.

Excellent service from Mandeep and his team..emergency call out was dealt with efficiently and successfully, after which my new boiler was replaced, again efficiently, professional, I would recommend M&S Bespoke every time
