Viviana is an absolute angel!!! I have a lot of skin sensitivity and reactions to fragrances and she is so kind and great about being conscious of that. Also, she just does an AMAZING job every time. My eyebrows naturally are not very even and she gets them looking so so good every time. I also have her do my jaw/chin. Love her and 10/10 could not recommend her more!!

I have always had such an amazing experience at Mrs Annie’s waxing studio. All the employees are so kind. The studio is so cleanly. Their wax is also so soft and great! Love this place over European wax center so much!
