This nonprofit organization medical dedicated specifically for helping people who were diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. The MSAC staff are medically certified and familiar with MS educationally, integrating social, emotional health. Achieving, ongoing physical health and cognitive functional skills for all there members. This is a great way to meet others and help myself.
I joined on April 1st this year it's made a big difference add my first Ms attack 12 years before that

This center is a true lifeline for those impaired with the challenges of any level of MS. The talented staff keeps us moving forward with strengthening exercises designed for your own level of ability and Cognitive training to keep us focused. There are many fun day trips offered outside of the class as well. It’s a great place to safely talk about MS with the classmates and the staff. We are so very fortunate to have this center available in Citrus Heights, it’s one of only a few in the USA.
