This is an amazing Quest Lab Patient Service Center! I was at Memory Hermann Hospital and sent over. They didn’t take long to see me and the phlebotomist Letty took care of me and was very gentle. Thank you so much for making the whole process easy and comfortable!

I really don't like having blood work and have been known to faint from it for no logical reason. Here however I have all the support and care that I feel relaxed enough that I don't get so worked up about it. I still am hesitant to go at times but everytime I do I wonder why I worried so much and delayed as they care so much that I really have no need to fear the procedure. Thanks for all the love I feel here!
