Told me one thing would not stand on their word for returning an unopened box of siding purchased the same day. I offered to pay the restocking fee. Answer was still no. And I also asked if the item could be discounted to at cost since they obviously made a mistake and told me the wrong information. Still no don’t do business with people that don’t keep their word, it’s all we have left in the world at this point end of the day.
Excellent customer service
MRV is truly an incredible company to work with. Josh went above and beyond to answer any question or change I needed throughout the process. Scott was also very helpful during our time and everyone in the office is so nice every time you call! I would highly recommend MRV.
Caution Horrible quality vinyl siding . I have about 10 breaks in different places in about two years . Would not recommend .
