Charged me ****** to replace a cold water hose on my washing machine. They advertise that ***** service charge remanded if repaired. Not honored. ************ technician. I called to request an itemized bill, no result, no return call. ***** is sales manager.
These guys were awesome. They arrived on time, provided great customer service and explained the issues we were having with our Dryer. They provided a discount for first time customers and fixed the issue quickly, provided our quote on the spot and fixed the issue right then and there. The technician was also extremely friendly. I will be using them for future appliance issues.
