The front desk receptionist was extremely unprofessional and rude. She constantly raised her voice and complained about patients with the sliding window open. I spoke with the manager, and was told that I was unable to make a formal complaint.
I’ve been a patient of Dr Soni since he arrived in Newport News in 2016. On the last several years, I have had repeated problems trying to get a question or a refill request response. Trying to reach him with a question through his medical assistant is a waste of time. So is leaving a message about a prescription refill. The call is NEVER returned. It's one of those practices that you leave multiple voice messages and wait for months, if lucky, to hear back from. You'll probably have a heart attack waiting before they'll be able to prevent it.
Was seen quickly and professionally. Doctor was thorough and addressed all of my questions and concerns.
