Tim was a huge help!! I was on the side of the road for 8 hours waiting for my tow. (Difficult to get a boat and trailer towed) It started to get late in the day so I called Tim back to let him know. He told me it was no problem and he would wait for me to get there. We got there shortly after 5 and Tim got my boat squared away before he went home for dinner. Next day had the parts ordered and had my trailer up and running in 3 days. He even met me at the shop at 7:30am (on a Saturday) to pick up my boat so my fishing plans ... read more
