The last 3 times I’ve been there they never have stock of the chicken parmesan my favorite sub. So I decided not to visit this location anymore!! The Garden City mall location also has proper stock and great service. Thank you for the reply but I don’t want to waste my time for the 4th time not to have product and 30 minute.
Foolishly we had subs again and the toppings are at a point where if they make them any smaller you might as well just call yourself a bakery because all you serve is bread. Topping portions are becoming increasingly smaller, especially the meats. We stopped eating at the other popular sub restaurant because of this reason and started eating Mr. Sub instead. I ordered take out and my order was ready ahead of time. Swet went above and beyond baking bread early in morning before his shift. He was pleasant and even helped me being order to my car. Both staff.members extremely friendly. Highly recommend Mr sub. Food is awesome too! Thanks Swet!
Ordered 2 sandwiches there without being told the toaster oven isnt working. I was on break from work so I didnt have much time. One was meatball. The meatballs were just sitting on the counter behind everything. And why would I order a meatball sandwich without it being warmed up? When we went back for a refund the cashier was very hostile and really fought back on giving us a return when on the website it says its policy is they will refund you if you are not happy.
