Just had the freshes Sub ever! Fantastic !!!
I ordered a footlong sub on the same bread with same toppings, cut in half and wrapped separately. They charged me for two 6-inch veggie subs instead of a footlong. When I asked why, they said it was their policy due to Covid—though I’m not sure what Covid has to do with it. I explained it was still a footlong of the same sub, but they refused to refund or adjust the price, claiming it was because it was wrapped separately. Save yourself the trouble—poor customer service and they do drown the subs in sauce.
