Today we visited Mr Sub for the second time, I didn’t even know we had one in Sarnia. The subs were so well made last time we went and girls were so nice. So today we ordered online again and specified a pickup time, she had everything ready and sauces packed so nicely on the side as I requested. We absolutely loved our meals when we got home. I have ordered 3 times from here and they screwed it up every time. Which is remarkable because I always order online. How are you not able to READ a printed order correctly?
I ordered the French Ham and Cheese they put onions on the sub but they were not sautéed onions or caramelized onions and they just put ham on flat not rolled on
Ordered a seafood sub, got tuna instead. If you are unable to fill an order, you can't just send a customer a completely different item, what is wrong with you people
